**About Us**:
Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine is one of Canada’s highest-rated Turkish restaurants, known for authentic flavors and exceptional service. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oven Chef to join our busy kitchen and handle the preparation of Turkish Pide, Lahmacun, bread, and Pide toppings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, bake, and deliver high-quality Turkish Pide, Lahmacun, and bread.
- Handle Pide toppings with consistency and attention to detail.
- Operate and maintain ovens efficiently during high-pressure service hours.
- Follow recipes precisely to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the oven station.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as an Oven Chef or in a similar role.
- Expertise in Turkish Pide, Lahmacun, and bread preparation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Functional English communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
