We are currently seeking a full time **Financial Operations Associate **to join our Finance team located in **Burlington**.

**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Manager of Finance the Financial Operations Associate assists with weekly and monthly billing, responding to client requests promptly, supporting ongoing initiatives and assisting team members as needed. Overall this role ensures day to day financial operations and accounting are supported.

**What you will do**:

- Enter Advisor data and review contracts
- Resolving client debits, working with Advisors to address discrepancies
- Reconcile account reports weekly
- Assist with finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work both individually and closely with members of other teams across the organization as required to support Advisor requests

**You will bring**:

- Post secondary education, finance or related program is an asset. This is an entry level position
- Client Service experience
- Excellent time management including organization and effective prioritizing
- Proven attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint
- Experience with PureFees (considered an asset)
