Aligned Capital Partners Inc. (“ACPI”) is a fast-growing investment dealer with a dynamic management team looking to expand our business exponentially. We are currently seeking a full time **Financial Operations Associate **to join our Finance team located in **Burlington**.

**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Manager, Finance the Financial Operations Associate assists with weekly and monthly billing, responding to client requests promptly, supporting ongoing initiatives and assisting team members as needed.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure day-to-day financial operations and accounting duties are supported, including entering and reviewing fee-based addendums and resolving client debits
- Assist with billing on a weekly and monthly basis
- Reconcile account reports
- Assist with finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work both individually and closely with members of other teams across the organization as required to support Advisor requests

**You will bring**:

- Post graduate degree in finance or related field
- Client Service experience
- Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to efficiently prioritize
- Proven attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint
- Experience with PureFees (considered an asset)
