**Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **Landscape Labourer with Equipment Operator Experience** to join our team. This **year-round position** involves a variety of landscaping duties and **on-call snow removal** during the winter months. If you have experience operating **excavators** **or**foot-controlled **skid steers** and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply. **Higher wages** are offered based on equipment experience and demonstrated skill.

**Responsibilities**

**Landscaping Duties**:

- Operate heavy equipment including **excavators** **or**foot-controlled **skid steers** for landscape preparation and site work.
- Spread soil, lay sod, and distribute gravel efficiently.
- Assist with hardscape installation, including driveways, patios, and walkways.
- Build retaining walls and garden beds.
- Utilize power and hand tools for various landscaping projects.
- Assist in the installation and operation of irrigation systems.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and safely operated.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

**On-Call Snow Removal (Winter Months)**:

- **On-call availability 24/7** during snowfall for snow removal operations.
- Operate skid steers and other equipment for snow clearing.
- Shovel, spread salt/sand, and ensure safe, clear pathways.
- **Higher hourly pay** is offered during snow removal shifts.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience operating skid steers and/or excavators** (required).
- Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labour is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- First Aid Certification (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, Saturdays, and on-call snow removal shifts.

**Job Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour** with the **opportunity for higher wages** based on experience, equipment operation skills (e.g., skid steer and excavator), and performance. **Snow removal shifts** offer additional pay incentives.

- Saturdays as needed
