**Location**: Mississauga, ON
**Hours**: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
**Reports To**: Parts Manager

**Job Summary**

Select Trailer Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Parts Assistant** to join our Mississauga team. In this role, you will support the Parts Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department by maintaining inventory accuracy, assisting customers, and processing orders efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, and parts procurement.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with parts selection.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts area.
- Support inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize software systems to update inventory levels and process transactions.
- Coordinate with service and sales departments to fulfill internal parts requests.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive/truck parts or logistics is an asset.
- Previous experience in a parts department or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry parts and materials up to 50 lbs.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
