**Job Position**

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Ultra-Lite Doors has a wealth of activity in its warehouse. There is an exceptionally large amount of product coming in and moving out of the building every day. Due to the number of employees and quantity of stock that require coordination, Ultra-Lite requires a dedicated, intelligent, and hard-working individual to reliably keep product tracked, maintained, and flowing efficiently.

**Skills**
- Must have a valid forklift license with excellent operational history
- Must have a valid driver’s license (Driver’s abstract may be requested)
- Must have relatable warehousing and product management work history or experience
- Must have previous experience and be comfortable using hand/power tools and tape measures
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more consecutively
- Have sufficient computer skills for checking order status, serial numbers, PO/SO’s, etc.
- Be able to effectively coordinate multiple teams of people performing different tasks
- Ability to thrive during surges of high order volume and product shipping/receiving
- Excellent interpersonal skills Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
- Must contribute to a positive work environment and take pride in duties
- Ability to work in a team environment

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule inbound and outbound shipments at the dock
- Offload all product and appropriately transition to corresponding area of the warehouse
- Label each item and oversee tracking of product for easy pulling when dispatched
- Coordinate teams for offloading, palletizing/banding, labelling, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Palletize and ship outbound products, create documented procedures for each department
- Receive product in our software and ensure backorders or damaged goods are addressed
- Coordinate pulled jobs that are prepared for pickup when dispatched
- Maintain a clean and workable area

**Job Type & Schedule**
- Permanent (Full Time), in-person, position at our Calgary facility off 40th ST and Barlow SE.
- Must be able to reliable commute to our facility for this position.
- 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
- Two 15-minute breaks and 1-hour lunch break

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
