**What You’ll Do**

This is a **multi-faceted role** where no two days are the same You’ll be working on marketing, communications, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks, supporting our Business Services team in various ways.

**Marketing & Communications**
- Manage CONNECT’s social media platforms
- Create engaging content, schedule, and post updates
- Design marketing materials that showcase our brand
- Connect with stakeholders and members of the community

**Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Assist with accounts payable
- Track construction costs
- Prepare monthly statements
- Work with **Sage 50 accounting software**

**Administrative Support**
- Update customer information databases
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries from residents and stakeholders

**What We’re Looking For**
- **A detail-oriented and creative problem solver** who can switch between tasks seamlessly
- **Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills**:

- **Experience with graphic design and social media management**:

- **Bookkeeping or accounts payable experience** (familiarity with Sage is a plus)
- **An undergraduate degree in business** is an asset, but not required
