**Reports to**:Sales Management Team

**Summary**

Porsche Centre Markham is expanding and growing its team. We are actively searching for polished and professional delivery specialists**.** This position is responsible for the preparation and presentation of vehicles purchased by our guests upon delivery.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Sales Team with some sales administration, data entry, and reception relief when needed
- Coordinates all pre-delivery vehicle preparation to ensure the vehicle is in perfect condition for customer delivery (ie. Licensed, detailed, paperwork in order, fueled, no warning lights.etc)
- Ensures 100% customer satisfaction in alignment with our Porsche Customer Experience Survey
- Occasionally reviews and delivers vehicles to customers off-site
- Assists with customer-facing responsibilities (greeting customers, answering phones) and administrative tasks (stocking in new vehicles, licensing, dealer trades,.etc)

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Prepared to learn the complete Porsche product line in a timely fashion including the in-depth features and specifications for each vehicle
- 1-2 years of previous automotive experience is an asset
- Previous sales administrative experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Relationship-building skills
- Valid G class, Driver's license and a clean Driver Abstract
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and One Eighty (or another CRM) is an asset
