**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Provide financial and accounting expertise and support to the organization and its decision-making processes. Assume key responsibilities for the analysis of financial issues.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- Graduate of a post-secondary accounting/business program
- CA/CMA/CGA designation, or actively pursuing designation
- 3+ years of working experience in accounting/finance

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Ability to balance multiple work demands to achieve deadlines and reporting requirements
- Ability to take initiative and act independently using good judgement as well as accept direction
- Demonstrated experience in variance analysis and account reconciliations
- Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience using Infinium would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Peterborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
