Overview:
**DEDICATED FIELD REPRESENTATIVE -** Vancouver**:
**SPAR Canada** is seeking a passionate and driven**Dedicated Field Representative**for the Greater Vancouver Area including Vancouver Island with monthly visits to**Whistler, Squamish, Abbotsford and Chilliwack**to represent one of the world’s leading appliance brands.**:
**In this role, you’ll be the face and ambassador in all retail — building relationships with store teams, educating staff on key product features, and ensuring brand visibility and merchandising standards are consistently met.**:

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive in-store sales through product knowledge, staff training, and consumer engagement
- Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure floor displays, planograms, and POP materials are installed accurately and on time
- Confirm product availability and presentation align with brand standards
- Report issues or opportunities related to merchandising, stock levels, or in-store execution
- Build strong relationships with store staff and management
- Provide regular product knowledge sessions and updates on promotions or launches
- Communicate effectively with both SPAR and retail teams to align goals and ensure a consistent brand presence
- Track and report on performance metrics and store visits
- Submit accurate and timely reports, photos, and insights via SPAR’s reporting tools
- Monitor progress against KPIs and make recommendations for continuous improvement

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, field sales, or vendor representation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
