- **Overnight Customer Service Representatives** that are passionate about health & fitness to join our amazing team. We have multiple Customer Service Representative positions open These include part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible work schedules.
- Starting pay is $15.00/hour, with eligibility at 6-months to be at $15.50/hour, based on performance.

**Essential Overnight Member Service Representative duties**:
- Answering member questions (in person or over the phone)-
- Completing member check-ins-
- Giving new member tours and signing them up- Cleaning throughout the facility (Bathrooms/Locker Rooms/Black Card Area/Workout Area)

**What we are looking for**:
- Someone who is 18 years of age or older-

- Willing to learn new things-
- A strong listener-
- The ability to empathize and problem solve-
- Punctuality and reliability is a must- Great customer service skills

**Physical Requirements**- Continual standing and walking during shift.-
- Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.-
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.-
- Must be able to occasionally lift over 50 pounds.- Will encounter cleaning chemicals.
