**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assembling cable drums;
- Assembling mechanical motors;
- Responsible for the control wiring assemblies, wired up controller and hooked up to the motor assembly;
- Testing, inspection & troubleshooting of motor assembly;
- Responsible for the lifting cable installation, inspection of attachment hardware, and securing supports & motor assembly on the motor crate;
- Responsible for the electrical assemblies such as key switches, touch screens, over torque, obstruction, IR sensors, and A/V & multiwall A/V connectors;
- Responsible for maintaining 5S in the department;
- Responsible for the quality of the assigned task;
- Report any issue to his/her immediate foreman/supervisor;
- Know and understand Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Management Systems manual, procedures and instructions;
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledgeable of basic electrical works
- Knowledgeable of motor mechanical assembly
- Basic Knowledge to read & interpret electrical schematic diagrams;
- Basic Knowledge to read & interpret work order specification & technical drawings;
- Know how to use of electrical tools such as crimper, pliers, cutters, & screw drivers (manual & battery powered);
- Know how to use power tools such as impact torque wrench & drill;
- Know how to use measuring tools such as tape measure & caliper;
- Know how to use multi-tester.
