We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key player in our store, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that support both kitchen operations and customer service, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and ensuring they are satisfied with their experience.
- **Dishwashing & Cleaning**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as keeping the store neat and tidy.
- **Multitasking**: Effectively juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality and efficiency.
- **Product Placement**: Ensure the store's self-serve areas are stocked with products, replenishing stock as needed.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash in accordance with company policies.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook various menu items such as burgers, souvlaki, shish kebabs, and other delicious offerings in accordance with Halenda’s recipes and standards.
- **Slicer Handling**: Use the slicer to prepare meats and other items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality.
- **Packaging & Pricing**: Package prepared products and label them with accurate pricing, ensuring that all items are ready for display and sale.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean work environment for yourself and customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Ability to handle food safely and efficiently.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Cash handling experience is an asset.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
