**About the Job**:
FVT Inc. is looking for Resident Managers to join our Team for the following locations:

- Various properties located in Edmonton and surrounding areas

**Requirements**:
We are looking for an energetic individual or couple fluent in English is preferred and the position requires you to live in Edmonton or surrounding areas.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, suites rentals, cleaning/preparing suites for new incoming tenants, cleaning of property, minor maintenance, working with contractors and all related paperwork.
