As our Shipper/Receiver in the Grain Systems Division, you’ll be the key player making sure materials flow smoothly in and out of our warehouse — safely, accurately, and on time.

**What Your Day Might Look Like**

- Prepare outgoing shipments with the right labels, packaging, and paperwork
- Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers to keep things running on schedule
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, making sure everything matches the order and meets our standards
- Keep warehouse shelves organized and inventory records accurate
- Pitch in with regular inventory counts and audits
- Maintain clear documentation for every shipment and receipt — details matter

**What You Bring to the Team**

- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and forklift operation
- A valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through Flaman’s in-house training)
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- A team-first attitude — you know great logistics is a group effort
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials safely
- A focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Willingness to complete in-house training or equipment certifications
