As a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for Home Instead (ob 3337989 Nova Scotia Limited), you will organize schedules and create great matches between our caregivers and clients. **While in the office you will**:

- Ensure outstanding customer service by scheduling and coordinating care
- Monitor staff attendance
- Handle last minute call-outs or emergency schedule changes
- Participate in overnight / on-call duties 1-2 evenings per week and every 4th weekend
- Maintain accurate schedules, attendance records, and clear notes for exceptions in the Company's systems

**When On-Call you will**:

- Handle last minute call-outs or emergency schedule changes
- Resolve any trouble spots that might arise
- Answer each call in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and check missed clock in and clock outs
- Communicate with care professionals and clients regarding any scheduling changes

Job Requirements
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license is an asset
- Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Caregiver experience required
