**You as a Planning & Scheduling Coordinator will**:
Assist in development of a full Critical Path Method (CPM) logic generated baseline schedules for projects.
Attend the planning and schedule preparation process sessions during pursuits and assist in responding to RFP documents for projects.
Participate in evaluating the construction progress and performing regular progress updates (bi-weekly or monthly) and assist in preparing the reports for evaluation of the schedule health. Prepare and maintain the project schedule log on a regular basis.
Participate in developing and maintaining a database of construction productivity rates, procurement durations, lead times and project risk items.
Assist in identifying unplanned events (new changes/ unforeseen conditions) and incorporate their impacts into the schedule.

Is this the right role for you?

1-2 years of construction scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
Familiar with different types of project delivery methods such as Lump Sum, Design Build, Construction Management and Unit Price.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to coordinate multiple schedules, solve schedule conflicts under pressure.
**Knowledge of planning and scheduling related software such as**: Oracle-Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling related software.
