Are you a people person that loves to help provide overall assistance when handling customers after they’ve endured an accident?
Imagine this, as the receptionist at Royal Auto Collision your day-to-day responsibilities will be heavily focused on interacting with customers to provide information and guidance after they’ve had a collision.
With your exceptional customer service skills, you’ll respond to all inquiries about the services we offer at our collision centre while updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Administration office duties
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Handle all data entry
- Speak with customers to discuss damages, repair process and timeline and costs.
- Update customers on their repair process and give them correct information on the status of their repairs
- Prepare and inspect all Body shop files for accurate posting and payment before pickup
- Handle all payments after the repairs are completed
- Close-out repair orders
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
