We are actively looking for a pleasant and bubbly Receptionist to join our team in Mississauga

Shifts Available: Day Shift
Working Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $20- $22/hr

The receptionist is someone who acts as the first point of contact for clients and employees in a company. The role of a receptionist is to create a welcoming environment for the organization and present the brand in a positive and pleasant way that reflects the level of service they can expect from us.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees.
- Take customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate representative
- Assist with any necessary administrative tasks
- Ensure adequate supply of coffee, tea, water, and milk for our guests
- Coordinate the booking and setting up of meeting rooms
- Communicate with needed vendors

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer programs.
- Pleasing personality.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience training and guiding employees of all skill levels.
