Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of foster children and families? Bluewater Family Support Services is looking for a dedicated **Family Support Worker** to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide critical support to foster families, help ensure quality care for children, and collaborate with Child and Family Services (CAS) workers to meet foster children’s needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct home visits, assist with Plan of Care meetings, and ensure foster children’s needs are met.
- Provide emotional and practical support to foster families.
- Maintain accurate documentation, manage schedules, and submit timely reports.
- Act as a liaison between foster families, CAS workers, and the Bluewater team.
- Offer crisis intervention and ensure compliance with care standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Required**: Relevant degree (e.g., CYW, DSW, Social Services Worker) or equivalent experience.
- **Preferred**: Experience in foster care, child protection, or social services.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Access to reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
