OutLash Beauty Boutique and SkinLAB Medical Aesthetics is a locally owned business in Calgary, looking to welcome a collaborative, motivated, and experienced **Lash Artist** to our Downtown team.

**Who This Role is For**:
**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Proven ability to adapt, learn, and contribute to a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Interest in maintaining a consistent and engaging social media presence

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent client experiences through lash extensions, lash lifts, and more
- Provide detailed consultations and tailored service recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records
- Ensure workstations and tools meet AHS hygiene standards
- Create and post social content to promote your services
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
- Support day-to-day boutique operations, inventory tracking, and coordination with other locations
- Assist with administrative and marketing tasks as needed

**Compensation & Hours**:
This is a part-time role to start with a guaranteed pay structure—hourly or commission, whichever is greater. Must be available Tuesday to Friday and every Saturday.
