**Overview**
We're looking for **2 passionate, driven lash technicians** to join our beautiful studio space. If you're ready to grow your business in a supportive, aesthetic-driven environment, this is your moment.

**Duties**
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to continually improve skills.
- **Chair rental**: $600/month
- **Commission-based option available for your first month**:

- **1-2 years of experience preferred**, but not required
- **Training and certification available** for those looking to level up
- Ideal for independent artists ready to take the next step, with the **support of a team** behind them

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a related beauty field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with front desk operations is advantageous.
- A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship

Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour
