Urban Barn is looking for a **Full-Time Customer Service Representative** to work at our inbound call centre based on **Annacis Island in Delta, BC.**

Your role is critical to ensuring Urban Barn’s continued commitment to exceptional Customer Service. It includes answering inquiries on customer orders, returns, and providing product information in a courteous and professional manner. The Customer Care Representative consistently strives to achieve the highest standard of service with every customer interaction.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations with positive, patient, and clear communication.
- Inbound/outbound communication with customers regarding their orders and product inquiries
- Be attentive to the customer in order to fully understand their situation
- Provide the best advice to help the customer make informed decisions
- Dealing with customer issues and resolving them in a timely, efficient manner
- Coordinating with delivery companies to ensure quality delivery service
- Providing store support in correcting any errors or order changes
- Performing other customer support and administrative duties

**What You Bring**
- 1 year of CSR or call center experience required
- Detail oriented with a proven ability to multi
- task
- Have a passion for understanding the customers’ situation and needs
- Calm, positive attitude with a drive for KPIs and results
- Superior time management skills

Hours of Operation
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$17.50 per hour
