We’re looking for a personable, driven, and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to be the friendly face and reliable support behind our customer experience. This isn’t your typical call center gig — you'll be the go-to person for helping customers navigate their orders, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly from inquiry to delivery.

Whether you’re helping a long-time client place a rush order or walking a first-time customer through our products, your role is key to our continued success. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive on helping others, we want you on our team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Be the Customer’s Ally**: Build strong relationships with customers — past, present, and future — to keep them coming back and spread the word.
- **Keep Things Moving**: Provide accurate price quotes, enter orders with care, track shipments, and follow up to ensure everything lands on time.
- **Stay Organized**: Input and update orders in our system without missing a beat. Keep customer info and order details current and correct.
- **Support the Front Line**: Help prep orders for pickup, ensure products are properly packaged, and assist with loading as needed.
- **Deliver a Great Experience**: Greet walk-in customers, answer questions, and make product suggestions. You’ll be part of the reason they come back.
- **Juggle Like a Pro**: Prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting needs — whether it’s a last-minute order or helping a teammate.
- **Champion Safety**: Follow safety guidelines and quality standards to help maintain a clean, organized, and secure workplace.

- **Extra Credit**: Experience in customer service or order processing is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person.

**Must-Haves**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to lift and move materials as needed for order fulfillment.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
