**What you will be doing**
- Be able to work remotely, or in an office setting.
- Liaise directly with clients, other agencies and internal teams while building cross-functional cohesion.
- Lead digital advertising campaigns from start to finish - responsible for client management, strategizing, planning, optimizing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across all digital marketing channels within timelines and on-budget.
- Oversee and manage a varied portfolio of clients in a variety of industries and media budgets up to $20k/month.
- Conduct background research to develop comprehensive and thoughtful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to think creatively to identify ways to build and segment a wide variety of detailed audience segments.
- Work collectively with the ads team to set up, launch search & display campaigns on various digital platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, Tiktok, etc.
- Measure, analyze, optimize and create detailed and insightful campaign reports for client accounts.
- Work towards reaching client advertising objectives, while tracking budget blocking charts and driving conversions and sales growth.
- Understand and adapt to specific client needs from a broad range of industries and markets.

**What we are looking for**
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
- Google Ads certified (Search and Display).
- Proficient with Google Ads; Shopping, Video certification would be an asset.
- Proficient with Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), certification would be an asset.
- Proficient with Google Tag Manager.
- Well-versed in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube advertising mediums.
- E-commerce advertising experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Google Docs/Sheets/Presentations/Data Studio/Drive.
- Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe PS would be an asset.
- Project management and/or sales experience would be an asset.
- Previous agency experience would be an asset.
- A degree or diploma in marketing or related discipline and/or related experience.
