**Shop Foreman**

**Alliance Door Products** of **London, ON **has an immediate opening for an experienced **Shop Foreman**. We offer an upbeat team environment, experienced leadership, and the unique chance to be a key leader in a brand-new facility taking shape.

If you have worked in the door or cabinetry industry, have shop/warehouse supervision in a production/warehouse environment including machine operation, this opening may be a great fit In this role you will be a hands-on leader, with focus on the daily supervision of employees, while physically setting the production pace with the Team.

This production position works **Monday to Friday **from **7:30am to 4:00pm. **Hourly wage is dependent on experience. We are door manufacturing industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun

**REQUIREMENTS FOR A SHOP FOREMAN**
- 3 - 5 years of machine operation
- 2 or more years of lead experience
- Door/cabinet industry experience **preferred**:

- Forklift experience **a must**:

- Reach Truck Forklift experience **preferred, but willing to train**:

- Attention to detail and quality, and familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- A basic mathematical aptitude and understanding of imperial measurements.
- Able to frequently and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with fellow employees and customers
- Ability to address workplace situations in a calm, respectful, positive and productive manner
