**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Serves as an initial point of contact for all IT Help Desk requests (Tier 1)
- Logs incoming calls, replies to requests and remotely resolving issues where possible; Assigns tickets to appropriate team members as required
- Assists with day-to-day operations for 500 users on 400+ workstations, 73+ servers
- Manages hardware repairs, maintenance, installs and upgrades
- Documents new assets and places assets in the inventory management system
- Documents new and existing computer services procedures
- Organizes and maintains the IT storage space

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- 2-year college diploma in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & PC Applications including MS Office Suite; Working knowledge of Computer Hardware Systems and Peripherals
- Strong commitment to customer service. Ability to provide ideas and solutions in user-friendly language. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive, fun and friendly attitude while working under pressure
- Class G driver’s licence
- Keen attention to detail
