Are you passionate about retail, leadership, and customer service? Te Koop, located on the vibrant Queen Street West, is looking for a dedicated **Key Holder** to join our team We specialize in offering a wide selection of bags, wallets, travel essentials, accessories, and more, with a focus on quality and exceptional customer experiences.

**Position Overview**

As a Key Holder, you’ll play a vital role in supporting store operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while taking on leadership responsibilities when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Assist in achieving and exceeding sales goals by driving individual and team performance.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory management.
  • Handle cash, perform POS transactions, and process returns or exchanges.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team in the absence of management.

**Qualifications**

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
