**Some Responsibilities Include**:

- Actively managing teams of people to ensure that tasks are understood and carried out effectively
- Using your prior years of working experience to effectively lead and bring out the best in the team
- Evaluating existing methods, and strategizing new ways to improve on daily operations in the organization
- Implementing and maintaining processes that streamline workplace efficiency and effectiveness
- Managing production targets, and minimizing inefficiencies and wastage
- Keeping current with the operational needs of the company, and reporting to the relevant persons in management

**Requirements**:

- **Must** be willing to relocate to Nova Scotia
- Must have at least 5 years experience of people management in an engineering, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Must be an experienced machinist, or have years of working knowledge of CNC operations and procedures
- Work experience in a machining or fabrication shop is a definite asset
- Must be strategic and pay close attention to operations
- Must be a good communicator, and have experience in coaching persons and handling various situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
