**Duties and responsibilities**

1. Observing and working with our team of technicians while ensuring that services provided by our technical team, are complying with our standards of quality.

2. Respond to, and address, complaints from our clients in a professional and timely way.

3. Ensure that all personnel understand both and company and branch objectives.

4. Maintain respectful relationships and communication with clients and ProPco personnel.

5. Contribute to meeting company objectives by supporting the team’s effort while striving to meet assigned branch budgets.

6. Encourage and support sales activities among team members.

7. Recruit, interview, hire and train new employees,

8. Assign and direct work

9. Evaluate performance

10. Reward good work and correct work that does not meet the standards of the organization.

11. Resolve team challenges and issues that may arise

12. Motivate staff

13. Operated and conduct the above listed duties in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and laws.

**Qualifications**:
1. Five to eight years of related experience and or training

2. Expertise in managing a team of 10 or more mobile service technicians who work through out southern Ontario.

4. Proven sales abilities

5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

6. Strong communications, writing, speaking, presentation, interpersonal and time management skills

7. Strong understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (and regulations)

8. Valid driver license

9. A clean criminal background check, (a criminal background check will be ordered upon hiring)

10. Sign a non solicitation agreement.

**Compensation**

1. Use of company truck, gas card, insurance and use of mechanical shop for maintain the organizational vehicle.

2. Salary and bonus based on percentages of sale of new contracts

3. Use of company phone

4. Uniform and all the tools and materials necessary to operate

Compensation will be determined based on the above listed criteria, experience and performance.
