**What you'll do**:

- Engage potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
- Identify carrier capacity and negotiate competitive rates for freight services
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers
- Coordinate and monitor freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in Freight Brokerage
- Experience in Sales
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales and brokerage targets
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Multi-tasking skills
- Dynamic and result-oriented people
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
