**What is a Freight Broker (Operating) Agent?**

As a Freight Broker Agent with Cleveland Bay Logistics, you’ll be responsible for sourcing customers and connecting them with the right carriers to move freight across North America. You’ll have access to our tools, systems, and support—but you control how you work and how much you earn.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Prospect and onboard new customers
- Source reliable carriers for customer shipments
- Book and manage shipments using our TMS
- Track deliveries and ensure proper documentation (PODs, etc.)
- Maintain and grow relationships with your customers
- Collect commissions on completed shipments

**Qualifications**
- Strong negotiation and sales management skills
- Proficiency in logistics and transportation management systems
- Experience with CRM software and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with B2B sales, lead generation, and data entry
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, EDI, and AS400 systems
- Background in 3PL operations and effective communication skills

Pay: $2.00-$4.00 per hour
