**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired styles and preferences.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and meet client needs.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up care.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Valid barbering license or certification in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an understanding of upselling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and friendliness at all times.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
