**In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will encompass**:
- Orchestrating consultations between mortgage agents and clients.
- Organizing and maintaining client-provided documents, such as financial statements, bank statements, property documents, and identification.
- Supervising files from lender approval to the meeting of all conditions for mortgage approval, ensuring readiness for funding.
- Keeping the team in the loop by updating client mortgage files in our CRM.
- Assembling and dispatching Client Signing Packages upon receipt of mortgage commitments from lenders.
- Providing regular updates to the agent/broker on file, highlighting the client's progress and any urgent matters.
- Ordering, tracking, and reviewing appraisals via specific platforms or by liaising directly with appraisal firms.
- Coordinating follow-ups with clients, lawyers, appraisers, lenders, etc.
- Utilizing computer skills to operate spreadsheet, word-processing, and database management software.
- Superior interpersonal skills

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with borrowers, lenders, solicitors, and internal staff.

- Excellent stress management skills.
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
- Prior experience in mortgage/credit lending.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe, and the agility to adapt to our internal software systems.
- At least 2 years of office experience.
- A Post-Secondary Degree in Business Administration or a related field is a bonus.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
**Ability to commute/relocate**:Cambridge, ON N1S 2M6: reliable commute or relocation plan before work begins (preferred)
