**Job Duties**
- Providing administrative support within a team setting.
- Assemble and maintain client records.
- Providing support for team members, clients and leadership through a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing attendance records and scheduling client services
- Maintain and organize files
- Prioritize to ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time and accurately to meet deadlines and expectations
- Follow all documented procedures
- Assist in booking appointments
- Communicate with clients in a professional way and maintain confidentiality
- Perform all other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Accounts Payable/ Receivable experience an asset
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to create alternative solutions to problems.
- Excellent time management
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
