- **Supervising**_
- Motivates and directs team members to create unexpected memorable experiences in a fast and friendly service in clean surroundings.
- Monitor the team’s productivity and provide constructive feedback. Set goals for performance which are in line with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to the team.
- Team Training. Promote and encourage the employee's road to success within the company. Ensure that employees understand their duties.
- Creates, manages and signs off on the employee schedules in a cost effective way while still meeting the clients needs.
- Recruiting, selecting, hiring and retaining effective team talent.

** Helps out with all attendant duties.**
- **Sales**_
- Increase conversion rate, membership sales and retention
- **Customer Service**_
- Is dedicated to creating memorable experiences that no one expected to receive.
- Receive customer complaints and will look to resolve problems in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
