**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as needed.
- Restore and repair drywall as necessary before painting.
- Operate rigs and other equipment safely while performing tasks.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding color selection and finishes.
- Manage time effectively to ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in residential painting and commercial painting projects.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using hand tools related to painting and drywall restoration.
- Ability to caulk effectively for a smooth finish on all surfaces.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
