Seeking Painter Helper

Victoria, Canada Wilson Pro Painting Full time

Responsibilities:

- Assist painters with preparing surfaces (sanding, masking, and priming).
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in painting is preferred but not required for Painter Helpers; training will be provided for those eager to learn the craft.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders if needed.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
