**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- Provincial Certification Required
- Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis
- 2 years plus experience in a similar scope of role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality with extensive customer-facing interaction
- Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times

**Typical responsibilities of the job include**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
- Provide information based on ongoing learning and accurate product knowledge
- Convert customer needs into sales in real-time using tablets for order processing
- Cultivate, grow and retain customer base through an exemplary customer experience
- Working with team members to fulfill orders and cash out customers
- Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create and develop a strong culture that motivates team members to deliver extraordinary customer service and education to our customers
- Hire, train, and develop staff in accordance with operating policies, procedures and best practices
- Coach team members and provide constructive feedback to foster their development in line with their career aspirations
- Create and execute initiatives to increase customer acquisition, loyalty and community support with the assistance of the executive team
- Create and manage monthly schedules and payroll
- Work closely with the corporate team and other store managers to share and coordinate multi-store marketing strategies, promotions, community service campaigns, educational programs, and team member training.
- Working closely with the corporate team to review sales reports and identify sale trends, inventory strategies/reorders and operation strategies.
- Assist in creating and implementing store initiatives and team member education and training of new product and accessories
- Ensure POS transaction and end of day cash reconciliation is accurate and follow-up on any discrepancies
- Follow inventory management processes and ensure inventory controls are in place
- Product ordering and receiving
- Enforce store policies, brand guidelines/campaigns, procedures, and operational guidelines
- And all other duties as assigned by executive team

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
