Edmonton, Canada Hillview Master Builder Full time

Hillview Master Builder is seeking an experienced and energetic Area Sales Manager for our Show Home in southwest Edmonton. This role requires strong relationship building skills and a successful track record in sales. Experience selling custom homes is a requirement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years New Home sales experience (preferably custom homes)
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the customer relationship throughout the sales building process
- Work with customers to identify their needs and wants in a new home
- Convert leads to sales
- Manage show home showroom and marketing materials

Must be able to work show home hours - evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$150,051.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
