Panoramic Properties, a leading property management company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Sudbury team as a Rental Leasing Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing occupancy rates for our rental properties.

**Responsibilities**:
Property Showings: Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of each rental unit to potential tenants. Present the properties in a professional and persuasive manner, addressing any questions or concerns the prospective tenants may have.

Lease Administration: Prepare and review lease agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Collect and process security deposits, rental payments, and any other necessary fees. Provide tenants with relevant documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Property Inspections: Conduct periodic inspections of rental units to ensure they are well-maintained and meet company standards. Coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance with the appropriate teams.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or property management is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the real estate or rental industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage leasing paperwork and records accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
