**About Us**:
Boss Thai Boxing & Fitness is a premier Thai Boxing (Muay Thai) gym dedicated to the instruction of top-tier martial arts skills, as well as fostering personal growth, in a supportive environment for all ages. We are currently seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk staff member to join our team and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for our members, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage member relations, including greeting people at the door, and handling inquiries and general feedback.
- Coordinate the intake and enrolment process for new members, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Assist with sales, promotions, marketing efforts, and daily operational tasks.
- Maintain virtual and paper records, and perform administrative duties as required.
- Transact client purchases and process membership payments.

**Requirements**:

- Boss Thai Boxing is a fast-paced, high-energy environment We require our staff to be **engaging** and **extroverted**, exhibiting **excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- With our Front Desk staff being at the forefront of client communications, **a strong proficiency in speaking and writing in English is required.** Multilingual fluency is not required, but would be seen as an asset.
- Our Front Desk position **requires strong organizational and time-management skills.** Our classes run back-to-back, and we are diligent at staying on-time so our members can receive the full value of their membership.
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles is strongly preferred, though not required if the Applicant resonates strongly with interpersonal work and genuinely seeks enjoyment from interacting with people.
- **A positive attitude and eagerness to work as part of a team** are fundamental personality traits. The Boss staff are a tight-knit group that support and look out for each other. We’re looking to add a player to our team, not fill an isolated role.
- Our staff invest time and energy into each other’s training and working lives, therefore we’re hoping to hire someone who is **invested in becoming a part of the Boss team for the long-term.**:

- Familiarity/experience with **training martial arts or within the fitness industry** would be seen as an advantage, though not required.
