Freight Forwarder Operator

Requirements:

- Previous work experience in a similar role preferred
- Freight forward education is count
- Strong understanding of cargo releasing process & CN / CP terminals operations
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and vendors
- Experience with internal system or other website systems
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus
- Good self-management skills, willingness and ability to work proactively
- Multiple tasks work ability, good responsibility and work hard to solve problems
- Strong learning ability and careful work attitude

**Fluent English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a bonus **
