- **ABOUT THE ROLE**:_

To serve as an internal support to National Fast Freight’s Revenue team. Directly supporting our client base, Customer Service, Sales, Pricing teams. Getting involved in the quotes for clients and overall revenue function.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
_
- Process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring clients’ rates, ensuring accurate upload of rates into TMW
- Providing quotes for clients
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy on material pricing and resolving all invoice discrepancies with the accounting department and clients.
- Approving of invoices after each shipment to the customer
- Reviewing invoices which does not have any rates in place
- Maintenance of rating system
- Ensures client rates are applied to freight bills
- **WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**:_
- High school diploma or higher education
- Ability to utilize and navigate through computer systems and programs simultaneously
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Have highly proficient skills in Microsoft Excel les and working in large data files
- Ability to investigate into the revenue issues by utilizing the system and their thorough analysis
- Have a high skill level of working quickly yet still paying attention to detail to eliminate errors
- Strong mathematical comprehension
- Strong team player and with sufficient ability to manage time
- Required: Rating and billing in LTL with knowledge of CWT per hundred weight rating
- TMW - Truckmate knowledge a strong asset
