Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, UX designers, test engineers, and software developers
- Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
- Contribute to software architecture discussions and continuous platform improvements
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code following SOLID principles and clean coding practices
- Support software integration, troubleshooting, and continuous product enhancements
- Help foster a collaborative, developer-driven engineering culture More about you:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional software development experience Experience with MVVM architecture and modern UI frameworks
- Experience with Visual Studio, Rider, ReSharper, or similar development tools
- Understanding of software architecture, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
- Experience integrating desktop software with backend services or hardware is an asset
- Experience with Avalonia or healthcare software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English
- A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.

- $101,000/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
