This is a _**full-time, in-office position**_ supporting the team lead, team members, and general administration of our small but mighty team. You’ll be fully trained within 2 months, which is why **a minimum of 2+ years of real estate office experience is essential**.
**We’re looking for someone who has**:
- 2-5 years of experience in a real estate office
- Proficiency in real estate software, including ITSO, TRREB/PropTX, Asana, BrokerBay, Webforms, GeoWarehouse, Buffini Referral Maker, Nexone, etc.
- Familiarity with OREA forms
- Marketing & social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Knowledge of Halton, Hamilton and Niagara regions (a bonus)

**Responsibilities**
- Transaction Coordination_
- Manage listing and offer paperwork
- Handle listings and buys from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and agents
- Schedule showings and other appointments
- Keep clients, agents, lawyers, and mortgage brokers informed
- Listing Support_
- Prepare listing packages and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate staging, photography, signage, and lockboxes
- Maintain and update MLS and brokerage platforms
- Collect and track feedback from showings
- Client Care_
- Keep our CRM organized and up to date
- Prepare client gifts and monthly card mailouts
- Assist with client appreciation events
- Marketing & Social Media_
- Create “Just Listed” and “Just Sold” social media posts
- Write property descriptions
- Manage promo items, signage, and printed materials
- General Administration_
- Maintain calendars and digital filing/organization systems
- Track receipts and manage expenses
- Keep team members up to date on the status of tasks
Start: August 2025
Fixed-Term Contract Position (12-18 months) with potential for Permanent Position
