**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Verify information on bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records by counting items for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Affix shipping labels or stencils identifying information on packed cartons, including weight and shipping charges.
- Unload and examine incoming shipments; record shortages and put aside damaged items; correct damages and shortages with shipper.
- Maintain inventory of shipping material and supplies.
- Accept unsold products returned by Parts Driver.
- Assist with phones in the Parts Department when front counter is busy.
- Support Parts Driver, when necessary.
- Maintain general housekeeping in Parts Department.
- Automotive Dealership experience is an asset but not required.
