We are currently looking for a **Business Operations Administrator** to join our team.

**The Role**

The **Business Operations Administrator** role requires an outgoing, collaborative, tech savvy, and organized individual who is able to quickly build rapport with others and has a strong sense of follow through.

This role is ideal for an individual with a background in providing general business support, and who displays passion and is a problem solver. We are looking for an energetic and resourceful hands-on person with strong follow through, organizational skills, who is confident working with technology and has emotional intelligence. The individual would report to the VP, Organizational Effectiveness.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Operations Coordination**
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of the leadership team to support management in moving key priorities forward and executing tasks i.e., scheduling and setting up meetings, managing Zoom and tech needs in the office, arranging catering, action item follow-up, filing, etc.
- Enhance cross-functional communication to ensure that everyone is kept in the loop, while maintaining a central tracking procedure for all correspondence
- Innovate and execute on how the team and business can work better together, improve business processes and find efficiencies in current procedures
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and maintain documentation and ensure proper and necessary equipment is provided for current and new solutions, practices, and processes
- Support virtual hearing and exams working with IT team and others to ensure the smooth running of online activities

**Business Administration**
- Manage materials and documents including tracking and preparing expense reports, ensuring staff have the equipment they need to support them in their work
- Administrative support of the virtual office through active communication, record-keeping and coordination including deliveries, couriers, corporate gifting, etc.
- Management of multiple and competing requests, often with stakeholders in various departments

**Project Management**
- Coordinate operational projects including planning and follow-up. This includes writing planning documents, scheduling and setting-up meetings, creating project plans and monitoring action steps to ensure projects move forward on time and on budget
- Support business planning activities including the creation of operational work plans, reporting on metrics and documenting actions
- Participate in special projects as required, accounting for other organizational priorities

**Qualifications**

**Experience**
- Experience in a similar role within a high growth environment: Operations admin: 3 years (preferred) and Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
- Experience working in a high-growth business and interest to work in a fast-paced environment while exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

**Skills & Abilities**
- Excellent computer and tech skills, including proficiency in Zoom, Teams, Google Drive (and suite of tools), Slack, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to think broadly and creatively while also breaking things into actionable detail-oriented process and execution
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion as required

**Salary**

The salary is $55,0000 plus benefits.

**Working at College of Physiotherapists of Ontario**

This is a full-time role with salary, comprehensive group benefits (extended health, dental, etc.), and vacation, in downtown Toronto, Ontario. The role includes a hybrid work arrangement, but the individual will need to be physically in the downtown Toronto office 3 days a week (on average) and additional days in-office may be required.
