**Duties**
- Assist in the erection, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications towers.
- Perform inspections on tower structures and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times while working at heights.
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects effectively and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to tower operations.
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of safety practices related to working at heights.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Previous experience in construction or telecommunications is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to tower work.
Pay: $18.78-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
