**Your tasks at a glance**
- You explain the surgery price to patients.
- You discuss the type of post-operative vision care plans offered, and the benefits associated with each
- You respond to patient concerns and questions clearly and confidently, while showing empathy.
- You provide information regarding pre-operative consent forms, post-operative care steps and schedule.
- You update the appointment program (CRM).

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have experience in a medical clinic, hospital, pharmacy, medical aesthetic clinic, optometry/ophthalmology clinic AND/OR have **strong customer service** or patient care skills.
- You have an ease with computer tools.
- You demonstrate a strong customer focus and good emotional intelligence.
- You especially thrive in a dynamic environment and when working as a team.
- You have excellent communication skills, you speak English _et français également._
- You are available Monday through Friday, as well as Saturdays in rotation (32-40h/week) pour travailler à la clinique située au centre-ville de Montréal.
